Why is change so difficult?

Because we try to make changes with our conscious mind, but our emotions, habits,
beliefs, values, and behavior patterns are stored in our subconscious mind. In fact, our
sub-conscious accounts for about 88% of our mind, and the conscious mind is only 12%.

As a result, when there is a conflict between our conscious wills and desires and our
subconscious thoughts and beliefs, the subconscious invariably wins.
How can I make changes easily?

The key to changing behavior is to establish an alignment between your conscious mind,
where your desire for change develops, and your subconscious mind, where your beliefs
and values are stored.  In other words, change the beliefs and values that drive the
behavior. Powerful catalysts for creating an alignment between your conscious and your
sub- conscious include
EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique),  Hypnosis, Matrix Energetics,
PSYCH-K®, and The One Command®.

                   Cessation

                   Hospitalized patients who

73rd annual international scientific
assembly of the American College of
Chest Physicians (ACCP), shows that

to help people lose weight.  Beth
Fredericks's story is a familiar one. She
was 30 pounds overweight and tried
every diet under the sun.  "Nothing ever
worked. Nothing ever worked," said

                  Pain Decreases Under
                  Hypnosis

                  Hypnosis can offer significant

    reduction in pain awareness
without any effect on non-painful aspects
of  the subject's perception. It therefore is
most effective in altering perception of
acute pain, experts reported at the
European Neurological Society Meeting
in Rhodos (Greece).

The ways in which hypnosis may reduce
a patient's sensitivity ...

                    Irrational fears of specific

    as insects, snakes, small

widespread fears reported according to

Addressing this important category of
fears, Steve Wells and his associates
in Australia conducted a ground
breaking study on the use of EFT for
the treatment...
