We offer two Smoking Cessation with Hypnosis programs. Both programs include one-on-one hypnosis
sessions, tailored specifically to your needs, plus a stop smoking hypnosis CD to take home. In addition,
you will learn how to use EFT - a powerful tool for addressing cigarette cravings.
Stop Now Program
This program is designed for smokers who have quit fairly easily before, but for some reason started
smoking again. Two sessions are scheduled 3-7 days apart. If you don't stop after the 2nd session, the
program can be expanded into the Taper Off program, as described below.
Session 1: 1.5 - 2.0 hours
Session 2: 1.0 - 1.5 hours
Taper Off Program
This program consists of 4 to 6 sessions, scheduled at least once a week. Each session is different, and builds upon the previous
session. This program fits most smokers who have smoked for 10+ years, and smokers who have had a very difficult time stopping
in the past. In these cases, there is a deeper emotional attachment that needs to be neutralized.
Session 1: 1.5 - 2.0 hours
Session 2+: 1.0 - 1.5 hours
